Domestic news June, 2004 ThyssenKrupp Elevator (China) organized the 1st National Service Sales training program Shanghai The 1st National Service Sales training program, organized by ThyssenKrupp Elevator (China) HQ Service, was held in Holiday Inn Vista Shanghai on 24 –25 June 2004. All direct service sales personnel and service managers (5 out of 18) in total from 6 branches participated in this Counsel Salesperson training course. All participants displayed a very positive attitude to participating in the program and were eager to discuss issues and take as much as they could from the program. They actively participated in the learning process and got very involved in the various role-plays and case study activities. Tony Gong, Harrison Guo, Robin Shi, Mindy Li and John Sun all displayed outstanding performance. Throughout the 2 whole days training, all participants got a good understanding of the selling concepts, theories and models introduced during the workshop. After completing the exercises and role plays, its understanding and acceptance increased as they learned how they could utilize the taught skills in daily operations. Many participants appeared to strongly require more practice applying a process to their routine service sales activities. back
